David Glaser (Founder) is an experienced senior financial and management executive, with over 25 years of experience with both public and private companies in a variety of domestic and international industries. His corporate responsibilities have included strategic and business planning, SEC reporting, cash flow improvements, investor relations, employee benefit programs, and the design and implementation of external and internal reorganization plans. As a business owner, investor and advisor he has successfully started and organized companies to a level of profitability and cash flow. Mr. Glaser is a licensed CPA in Florida and a member of various professional associations and has a BS degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University .
- As VP-Finance/CFO of Piper Aircraft Corporation, aircraft manufacturer, David managed all financial functions and directed the administration of its aircraft-leasing subsidiary. He completed one of the largest direct working capital guarantee programs (at that time) with the EXIM Bank of the US and improved cash flows by 20% by reducing inventory levels and cost reductions.
- As VP-Finance/CFO of PRIDE Enterprises, Inc., non-profit prison industry company, managed the financial and MIS departments. While there, he assisted in the successful implementation (on time and budget) of a major hardware and software upgrade and directed the company’s new business and international departments for expanded opportunities.
- As Owner/Partner of Glaser, Timlin & Company, CPAs he started and then expanded this practice to 3 offices in 3 cities and increased revenues/billings 600% over a 7-year period
As an owner or active participant, David has assisted numerous companies ranging from manufacturing, distribution, service, retail, IT, banking, and hospitality.
- Interim President/COO after a bankruptcy filing for an orderly liquidation of assets. Other numerous activities with companies’ pre and post-filing matters.

C. Giannetto, JD. 57, has over 35 years business, consulting and legal experience including SEC public company experience and investment banking. Mr. Giannetto has extensive transactional experience, including, public offerings, private placements and M&A transactions including commercial real estate and new construction and new ventures experience. Mr. Giannetto has also a background in turnaround, restructuring, and bankruptcy. He has managed multiple functions including finance, compliance and operations. Mr. Giannetto is currently the owner of Giannetto Consulting LLC., Orlando, Florida a private investment banking and consulting practice. Also, Mr. Giannetto maintains an Indiana law practice. His practice of law is exclusively concentrated in corporate and securities law including SEC securities filings, S-1 registrations, Form 8Ks, Form 10Qs,etc. Recently, he was the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Quantum Immunologics Inc., an early stage life sciences company in Tampa, FL. Previously, Mr. Giannetto was the Chief Legal Officer and Director of CALI Holdings, Inc., and Kairos Holdings Inc, both public traded 1940 Act investment companies. He has a JD degree (1980) from William Mitchell College of Law, Saint Paul, Minnesota. He was admitted to the Minnesota bar and is an active member of the Indiana bar. He maintains a residence in Orlando, FL with his wife.
G. Giannetto, SPHR has over 20 years business experience in human resources and employment. Ms. Giannetto’s experience includes establishing HR policy, leading process improvement and automation, which includes implementing and leading software projects where needed. Ms. Giannetto’s background is 20 years of human resource experience, leading HR teams to provide service excellence in an operational or business setting, as well as workforce analysis and ad hoc reporting. Ms. Giannetto has experience in multiple lines of business including high turnover operational and call centers, which include CNA Insurance, Hilton Grand Vacations, American Airlines and AirTran Airways, Ms. Giannetto has a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Rollins College, and is SPHR and Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. Ms. Giannetto maintains as residence in Orlando, FL with her husband.
Paul A. Hassie provides financial, accounting and turnaround management services to small and mid-market companies in various industries. These services include strategic planning, interim CFO assistance, bankruptcy and ABC assistance, equity and debt financing, staff recruitment and evaluation, SEC and financial reporting, budgeting, due diligence, compensation planning, and valuation and financial projection modeling.
Previously, Mr. Hassie served as Chief Financial Officer of publicly-held biotechnology companies raising over $45 million through initial public offerings and privately-held biotechnology companies raising over $100 million through venture capital financing. Mr. Hassie was a Senior Manager in the Boston office of Ernst & Young LLP, providing audit and financial consulting services to emerging mid-market companies.
Mr. Hassie is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Certificate in Financial Forensics from the AICPA. Mr. Hassie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bryant University, as well as an MBA in Management and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bryant University.
Thomas Trotter is an experienced senior manufacturing / operations executive, with over 22 years of experience with both public and private companies in a variety of domestic and international industries. His corporate responsibilities have included complete P&L accountability, start up of both foreign and domestic manufacturing facilities, turn around of under-performing operations, implementation of lean manufacturing systems and cultures, business development, and corporate strategic and business planning.
In various senior leadership capacities, he has successfully started or reorganized operations, and helped guide them to rapid, significant, and sustainable improvements in sales, profitability and cash flow. Mr. Trotter attended Purdue and Kent State Universities , and has a BS degree in Aerospace Technology and an MBA.
- As the Senior VP of Manufacturing for a new-technology start-up company, Mr. Trotter directed the completion of manufacturing facilities, and successfully began high-volume, multi-site manufacturing operations in the Republic of Korea. In addition, he successfully integrated low-cost manufacturing operations in China , resulting in an 85% cost savings for high labor content operations.
- As the General Manager of Structural Casting operations for an ALCOA company, Mr. Trotter directed the successful turn-around of a severely under-performing operation, paving the way for significant sales growth and profit contribution.
- As the General Manager of a major division of a wholly owned subsidiary of ALCOA, Mr. Trotter directed the implementation of lean manufacturing processes (including Toyota Production System, Six-Sigma, and cultural reshaping), resulting in a 55% increase in sales, a doubling of profit, and a tripling of free cash flow.

Frank Martin has 25 years of Global P&L, Manufacturing and Engineering senior management experience.
- His expertise in Lean Enterprise transformation, manufacturing and quality improvements supported rapid turnaround of several companies.
- Multilingual, Mr. Martin hold a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and an MBA
- In 2000, he started CPQP International to assist companies to become Lean, consolidate and relocate strategic operations as well as improve their supply chain.
- As Vice President of Fortune Brands, he consolidated six businesses and plants into two plants with over 3000 employees. Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies it generated significant cost reductions.
- Prior to this position, Mr. Martin held senior operational positions with Emerson Electric and Schlumberger in Europe , USA and Mexico.
