Piper Capital

The Piper Fund is a private, non-bank source of working capital for the short term - nine months to two years. The Piper fund invests in real estate and in growth business with $15M or less in annual revenues.

During the investment period, the Piper Rapid Response Team, working on a fee basis, addresses issues in growth businesses to rapidly grow revenue and make it attractive for other sources of money. This approach mitigates risk for investors in the Piper Fund, and adds significant value to the business. We then create an exit for the fund, either by find new financing and replace the fund, or with a merger or sale of the business. We also will take an equity position in the business.

For Real Estate, the Piper Fund is a primary investment vehicle for opportunities that will provide immediate cash flow and investment returns to investors in the Piper Fund.
